“shake yourselves out of your sleep,  My people!  Why are you sleeping? Why are you resting and at ease? Do you not see the storm clouds gathering? Do you not hear My voice calling you to rise out of your sleep and out of your complacency?

Why do you close your eyes and take your rest when My coming is near, even at the door?  I have chosen you and called you out as a people unto Myself. I have poured out My Spirit upon you and sent you forth to manifest My power and glory to the ends of the earth. Yet, you have become cumbered about with the cares of life. You have turned your heart away from Me saying, ‘ It is not yet time.’ You have closed your eyes and your ears have become dulled from hearing My voice. Say no longer in your hearts, “ There is yet time.” For, behold, I am coming quickly.

It is time for My people to warn the wicked of My judgments that are coming.

I am coming for those who are watching, who have on their garments of holiness and praise. Open your eyes, look around you and see that My coming is near. Hear My voice and heed My warning. Arise, watch, prepare!”

 

Receive the Word of the Lord into your spirit!

To set a watch in prayer, the first step you must take is to shake yourself out of your sleep…. Not only must you be awake, you must keep awake.

2 years ago from a spinster.  On a night of ‘praying for all nation’  prayer meeting while this pages are still inside my bag, God called me to read this ‘prophecy’ from the page to all the attendees. But I didn’t do so…while latter I felt great emotional pain for failing God and I set a prayer to God, “LORD, if this is so important to you please help me to make up to you again”… but even today…this has come back to my rememberance, if this is what God wants, I just post it here.)

 

Cont’ from the pages:  There are many Christians today who are spiritually asleep. They are not aware of what the Spirit of God is doing upon the earth and are too busy living their lives as they please, seeking to fulfill their own wills instead of doing the will of God.

There are Christians who have become sleepy .. careless and unconcerned about the things of God and what is happening all around them. They have closed their eyes to the sin, pain and suffering around them.

Others have become cold and indifferent in their personal relationship with God. They no longer spend even five minutes a day in prayer or reading the Word of God.
