Live in complete dependence on our LORD alone.
Courageous detachment from human approval is the natural outcome of strong spiritual attachment to God.
Our future is determined by what God decides about us in the heavenly throne room. ( it is not men who decide )
-So we may put our hope in God, and then come what it may-
16 Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego replied to the king,
“ O Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselve
before you in this matter. 17If we are thrown into the
blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to save us from
it, and he will rescue us from your hand, O king.18 But
even if he does not, we want you to know, O King, that
we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold
you have set up.” Daniel 3:16-18
21 There , by the Ahava Canal, I proclaimed a fast, so that we
might humble ourselves before our God and ask him for a safe
journey for us and our children, with all our possessions. 22 I
was ashamed to ask the king for soldiers and horsemen to
protect us from enemies on the road, because we had told the
king, “ The gracious hand of our God is on everyone who looks
to him, but his great anger is against all who forsake him,” 23
So we fasted and petitioned our God about this and he answered
our prayer. ( Ezra 8:21-23 )
And someday, when the terrible reality of our own life situations
hit each of us, we ask, “who is going to help us?”
Lost as don’t know where to go or nowhere to go and what to do.
“LORD, I am so… frightened of the future; what will become of us?”
“I am so…scare and insecure. Help me! I am lost! I am afraid!”
( As though living in a land of danosaur )
Our distabilization is caused by our want to run into the
future instead of now.
whatever our circumstances.
We are to live fully in His presence as we are able.
-We are to trust Him for our future-
Since no man knows the future, who can tell what is to come.
Eccl. 8:7
13 Now listen, you who say, “ Today or tomorrow we wil
l go to this or that city, Spent a year there, carry on business
and make money.” 14 Why, you do not even know what will
happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that
appears for a little while and then vanishes. James 4:13-14
Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day
may bring forth. Pro. 27:1
Can we build our life on “existential reality”?
Only with the sadness of having to believe that there is nothing to believe in at all?
33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these
things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about
tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has
enough trouble of its own. Matt. 6:33-34
I had toiled to achieve, everything was meaningless, a
chasing after the wind; nothing was gained under the sun.
( Eccl 2:11 )
Trust only in God but not in our circumstances.
Because He alone has the words of eternal life. ( John 6:68 )
67 “ You do not want to leave too, do you?” Jesus asked
theTwelve. 68 Simon Peter answered him, “Lord, to whom
shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. 69We
believe and know that you are the Holy One of God.”
( John 6:67-69 )
God’s word can be trusted. We can all build our lives upon His promises,
even though sometimes we need to go through difficult times.
-And God knows it, knows us, knows our tears, knows our regret,
knows everything about us. –
I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the
glory that will be revealed in us. Rom. 8:18
In the face of great pain and suffering, God’ comfort doesn’t rest in circumstances.
-circumstances are subjected to instant change.
God’s comfort comes from:-
Miracle * directly from the presence of the LORD
*The working of the Holy Spirit in sign and wonder
*Dream and vision
Truth *Directly from His word ( The Holy Bible )
*Through prophecy
*Through ministry
**This experience comes when there is a turning point in my life, embracing
one another with my very young daughter, who is too young to give me a
word, when facing trails and needed to plan for where to go from here
and what to do . Because of financial problem, I felt lost, insecure and fear.
And I can’t find any answer in elsewhere. I come to God then, and this was
the counsel that the LORD gave me. Till then, He was with me in every of
my step, showing me the way I should go.**
promise that God gave me-
Jesus said, “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you.
I do not give to you as the world gives. Do notlet your heart be troubled and do not be
afraid. “ (John 14:27 )
And today I posted this testimony
because I wanted the world to know that
He really cares.
Because today me and my daughter is well in health and secures.
Praises to the King !!
